Registering a New Account
Enter Your Details
Enter your Account Number and Last Name from your bill.

Create a Password
Once verified, provide your contact details, then create and confirm your new secure password.

Verify with OTP
Enter the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number to complete registration.

Logging In
Enter Credentials
Enter your registered Phone Number or Email Address and your Password.

Access Your Dashboard
After successful login, you will be redirected to your personal dashboard where you can see your plan and balance.

Paying Your Bill Online
View Balance & Pay
From your dashboard, view your Amount to pay. Click the green Pay Now → button to start.

Choose Payment Method
You'll be taken to the payment portal. Choose your preferred method, like Credit/Debit Card or E-Wallet.

Complete Secure Authentication
You will be redirected to a secure page to authenticate your payment. Enter the OTP sent by your bank or payment provider.

Payment Successful
A confirmation pop-up will appear, showing your payment was successful. Please note that posting may take up to 48 hours.

Requesting a Plan Upgrade
Go to Plan Upgrade
After logging in, find and click the Plan Upgrade option on your dashboard.
Follow On-screen Steps
The system will guide you through selecting a new plan, verifying your identity, and submitting the request.
Wait for Confirmation
You will receive an email and an in-app notification once your request has been reviewed and approved.
